Muskets of the Crown

Muskets of the Crown is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and portraying the life of the 18th-century British Soldier in North America.  We portray the grenadier companies of  two Scottish Highland Regiments:  Montgomery's Highlanders, the 77th Regiment of Foot for the French and Indian War (1757-1763) and the Black Watch, the 42nd Regiment of Foot for the American War of Independence (1776-1783).  For more information and pictures click on the links.
